The National Housing Supply and Affordability Council convened virtually on 16 January for its first meeting of the 2025 calendar year.
The Council focused on the content of its State of the Housing System 2025 report.
Ms Tess Pickering, the recently appointed National Housing Delivery Coordinator, and the Council shared insights on the barriers to housing supply.
The next Council meeting is scheduled for 11 February 2025.
